The Challenge

The Australian Embassy in Malaysia seeks to enhance its social media presence, refine content quality, and elevate its overall aesthetic appeal. Additionally, there is a desire to provide comprehensive training in social media management and basic content creation for the team members throughout the High Commission. Additionally we produced professional interview videos as part of their effort to encourage investments from Australia to Malaysia.

The Approach

Hatched conducted a comprehensive audit of the High Commission's social media platforms to identify areas for improvement. Following this assessment, we provided recommendations and solutions to enhance content quality, streamline work processes, implement best social media practices, and utilise appropriate tools within the available budget and resources. Additionally, we conducted a tailored social media training session for teams throughout the High Commission, aiming to empower them to actively contribute to the production of content for the High Commission's social media channels.
