The Challenge

South Korea-based SPOTV expanded into Southeast Asia after securing broadcast rights for MotoGP, badminton, tennis, table tennis, and more. To strengthen its presence in the region, the network launched dedicated social media channels for Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.

The Approach

Hatched launched SPOTV SEA social media channels—Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok—across all markets, with local teams managing them. We oversaw the accounts and created a wide range of sports content, including videos, visuals, and live streams. Additionally, we managed KOL collaborations, ensuring their content aligned with our campaigns and enhanced audience engagement.
