The Challenge
Sabah Football Club, a team in the Malaysia Super League, seeks to enhance the capabilities of its current media team by providing training to improve their marketing and social media expertise and presence.
The Approach
Hatched reviewed Sabah FC's social media and marketing efforts to identify areas for improvement. Understanding the media team's limitations was crucial for us to design a fitting workshop. During the workshop, we covered social media strategy, content creation, tools, tips, and marketing strategy. We also conducted practical sessions with the team during a training session and a live match at Likas Stadium.
