The 27-year-old Mediklinik TTDI Jaya, previously absent from social media platforms, now seeks to expand its outreach to younger demographics and enhance the visibility of its services. Additionally, they aim to leverage these platforms to attract participants to their upcoming event, "Hormone Hangout.”
The Approach
Hatched established Facebook and Instagram accounts for Mediklinik TTDI Jaya, with potential plans for a TikTok presence in the future. Collaborating closely with the clinic's team, we optimised visual aesthetics, content strategy, and overarching objectives. In addition to promoting clinic services, we curated informative content to educate the audience. Furthermore, our efforts extended to event promotion, leveraging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to engage a targeted audience, with the goal of empowerment, education, and ultimately conversion into customers.
